RETURNS & EXCHANGES

POLICY

All customers can return product within 14 days from receipt of order.
Returned product need to be the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

· Returned products must be undamaged and show no signs of being worn.
· The product must be returned with all of its original packaging, including the mailer box, jewelry box, pouch, gift (if provided), and all cards.
· Grayond may deduct 10€ from the refund if the returned product is not received with its original packaging.
· Items that are on sale cannot be returned.
· Products cannot be returned if more than 14 days have passed since they were delivered.

 

REQUEST A RETURN

To make a return, contact us by sending an email to contact@grayond.co
Please provide us the order number along with the email. Your request will be accepted within 24-48 hours.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In case you want to EXCHANGE, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

REFUND

· After we have received and inspected the products. We will send approval email to you.
· The refund will made through the same payment method used for the purchase.
· This refund is made up to 14 calendars days after we receive the product, the timing of payment depends on your bank (shipping cost of the original product excluded in the refund).

 

COST OF RETURN

Send the product to our company address (shipping cost and custom fees (if needed) will be borne by the customer). Please put the invoice inside the box or write down the order number on the paper and leave it inside for easy and fast checking.
