Order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email which you provided at checkout within 1 or 2 working days after your order is processed.
Cancel order

If the order has been dispatched already ― please contact your local postal services to request redirection or collect the parcel yourself.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Return and exchange policy
All customer can return or exchange product within 14 days from reciept of order. Returned product need to be the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging.
Request return
To make a return, please contact our customer service here and providing us the reference order number. Your request will be accepted within 24-48 hours, and we will send the return instructions to you by email.
Cost of return
Send the product to our company address (shipping cost and custom fees (if needed) will be borne by cusomer).
Please print out the invoice and put inside the box or write down the order number on the paper and leave it inside for easy and fast checking.
Refund process
After we have received and inspected the products. We will send approval email to you.
The refund will made through the same payment method used for the purchase. Customer in Bulgaria, you have two options for method of refund: bank transfer or cash on delivery.
This refund is made up to 14 calendars days after we receive the product, the timing of payment depends on your bank (shipping cost of the original product excluded in the refund).
